Robot Dancer


The goal of this model was to see how far I could model a high poly of and experiment with switching from dense to smooth in the amount of modeled detail. Made in 3ds Max and rendered with metal shaders.

780 Model HandCannon

Another weapon based on a set of weapon concept arts that I am using. I also cleaned up the low poly model some more from my previous post and in terms of the goal for this project was to further material definition in my texture work. In this particular model I went with a gray scale specular to see if there was any difference if I used color or not. So far the difference seems almost negligible but I'll continue to test it out in the next few projects including an environment piece that I am experimenting with. More updates to follow with that another day!

A model that I am in the process of working on besides another personal project--expect some more updates soon.

Edit: I redid the renders of the high poly and wire frame since I wasn't satisfied with the one I threw up here earlier. I will get around to retexturing the guy at some point.
